something that has helped my mental health out so much is having goals — whether small or big — and working towards them each day. the goals can range from cleaning your room, to making dinner tonight, to grocery shopping for the week, to studying for an exam every day. and more!
by setting goals to accomplish this week, year, or few years down the line, you are choosing to create a better future for yourself. you are choosing to keep your mind busy. you are choosing to grow and better yourself. you are choosing action and living instead of pity and laziness.
